1. The dismantling of the grinding machine guide rail involves removing the grinding machine disk, dismantling some sheet metal parts, dismantling the steel wire rope, flipping the X-axis overall workbench up and down, and dismantling the grating ruler, transmission screw rod, etc. for the Y-axis, and lifting and removing them as a whole;

2. Clean and clean the surface of the guide rail, removing dust, oil, and other debris adhering to the guide rail for the next step of scraping;

3. Scrape and grind the bottom layer, roughly shovel the cast iron surface once, apply red lead powder, grind the points with a flat plate, use a shovel to remove the high points, and repeat the operation multiple times to make the scraping and grinding points within each square centimeter meet the requirements;

4. After the completion of the cast iron guide rail scraping, use this as the reference plane to match the scraping and pasting plastic surface. The iron fluorine keel surface can be scraped using a white steel scraper, and the red lead powder grinding point of view can be repeated several times to make it meet the requirements;

5. After the scraping is completed, it is necessary to clear the oil circuit of the entire machine, clean the guide rail, and restore the installation of the workbench guide rail.
